Use this brief when requesting a new data feed to be added into Marketing Radar (e.g. a new competition data source, partnership programme, email platform, CRM, advertising channel such as Meta, or any other inbound data source).


Providing these details upfront enables us to assess requirements, allocate resources, and confirm an expected go-live date more quickly.

If you are requesting a Meta data feed, please reference the Marketing Radar Meta Integration Guide before completing this brief.

1. Data Feed Overview


Describe the new data feed:

  • What is the source system? (e.g. platform, partner, competition, lead source, CRM, emailer)

  • What type of data will be provided and at what frequency?

  • Where in Marketing Radar should this data be ingested into or displayed?

Purpose of feed:

  • Briefly outline why this feed is being added (reporting, segmentation, attribution, lead management)

2. Data Details

Level of Data Expected:

  • Volume (e.g. number of records per day/week/month)

  • Data types (leads, customer profiles, events, transactions, marketing interactions)

  • File format or API structure 

3. Access Requirements

Will Marketing Radar require access to the system collecting or sharing the data?

  • Yes/No

  • If yes, please provide credentials, tokens, or connection details

  • If access cannot be shared directly, please provide the contact details of the person who can grant it.

4. Timelines

  • Requested Lead Time for Setup:

  • Target Go-Live Date (if known):

If dates are flexible, please indicate priority or any deadlines impacting the business.
